NASA Awards COMET Contract to Jacobs Technology Inc

Jacobs Technology Inc (Jacobs) was recently awarded the Consolidated Operations, Management, Engineering, and Test (COMET) contract at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. As part of Jacobs’ COMET team, Summit is excited for the opportunity to continue supporting the NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and Artemis.

COMET contract work will commence on May 1, 2023, and will provide ground and launch operations support to KSC for the next 10 years. We are currently in the transition phase and warmly welcome the incumbent TOSC employees that will join the Summit team. We are committed to facilitating a smooth transition for employees who are displaced due to redistribution of contract workshare. We will be inviting these individuals as the preferred candidates for open positions assigned to Summit.
