CYBERSERCURITY ENGINEERING AND COMPLIANCE

  • Mission-focused cybersecurity engineering — design and implement systems with built-in security controls to meet mission objectives.

  • RMF certification and accreditation — manage the full Risk Management Framework lifecycle, from documentation and assessment coordination to authorization maintenance.

  • eMASS lifecycle management — create and maintain System Security Plans, update Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), and track corrective actions until closure.

  • Continuous monitoring and vulnerability management — perform periodic manual and automated scans and inspections, run ACAS/ESS/HBSS/SCAP assessments, and apply STIGs/SRGs to enforce baselines.

  • NIST 800-53 implementation — implement and monitor controls through automated procedures and maintain strict system boundary management.

  • Classified mission support — deliver secure solutions for classified DoD systems using cleared personnel and a facility security clearance.

CYBERSECURITY OPERATIONS & INCIDENT READINESS

  • Incident response and contingency planning — develop and maintain Incident Response Plans, Contingency Plans, and system inventories aligned with DoD architecture.

  • IAVM and patch management support — meet Information Assurance Vulnerability Management reporting requirements and coordinate timely security patching.

  • Security in acquisitions and approvals — provide technical security expertise for procurements, coordinate with external security services, and manage DoD software approval and change control.

DEVOPS, GROUND SYSTEMS, AND AUTOMATION

  • Infrastructure as Code and automation — run daily ground system checks and automate tasks using BASH, IT infrastructure automation tooling, Ansible, and PowerShell to increase reliability and compliance.

  • Scripting and tool development — build scripts and automation to improve system uptime, streamline operations, and enforce cybersecurity controls.

  • Application deployment and troubleshooting — install, configure, license, and verify applications on Linux and Windows platforms; investigate and resolve software issues in operational environments.

  • Cloud migration and containerization — support cloud-ready mission applications, including containerization and container management in secure DoD environments.

IT SUPPORT, ASSET MANAGEMENT, AND SERVICE DELIVERY

  • Tiered technical support — deliver Tier 1–3 support including basic troubleshooting, remote maintenance, and creation/execution of break/fix tickets.

  • Change and patch support — assist testing and installation of system patches and support hardware disposition processes including sanitization and secure destruction.

  • Inventory and queue management — maintain accurate asset inventory and stock planning while managing incident request queues for timely resolution.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING AND CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT

  • Realistic configuration management — apply cybersecurity principles to configuration management solutions that strengthen system posture.

  • Requirements, design, and integration — partner with administrators and engineers to define requirements, design system modifications, and implement and test solutions.

  • Control Compliance and verification — periodically review RMF Control Compliance Indicators and monitor remediation activities through closure.

FACILITIES, CONSTRUCTIONS, AND WORKSPACE SERVICES

  • Project supervision and execution — supervise construction crews, interpret blueprints and specifications, and oversee daily site operations to keep work on schedule.

  • Quality, safety, and compliance — conduct job site inspections to maintain quality standards and OSHA compliance while mentoring crew members.

  • Facility improvements and maintenance — improve project efficiency and quality; handle sheetrock patching/painting, carpet replacement, ceiling grid repair, furniture demolition/installation/reconfiguration, and other facility tasks.

  • Work order tracking and client coordination — maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders, track progress in Windows-based systems, and provide occasional personnel escorting as required.
