Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#.
● Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.
● Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and quality assurance practices.
● Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
● Understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and system design principles.
● Experience developing or maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable software applications.
● Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or open architecture systems is preferred.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (or an active clearance is preferred).
● Internship, research, or professional experience in defense, aerospace, or government-related software development is a plus.
