About the Role

Summit is seeking a Print Services Administrator to support our Department of Defense partners on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This position is based on-site at either Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO or Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

As a Print Services Administrator, you will manage the daily operations of the print services department, ensuring efficient and reliable print services across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate print jobs, manage print queues, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain printing equipment, and support server administration for print-related services. You will also handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing records, and liaising with clients and vendors. Additionally, you’ll create printer configuration packages, support operating system and vendor application requirements, and perform recurring operational tasks to keep systems optimized.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring an active DoD Secret clearance. Candidates must have at least 2 years of IT experience and a strong background with print servers, related software, and troubleshooting. Experience with Active Directory/DHCP is a plus.

Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Description of Duties:

The Print Services Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

·  Assist in managing the workflow and operational aspects of the print services department. This includes tasks like:

o  Coordinating print jobs

o  Managing print queues

o  Troubleshooting issues

o  Maintaining equipment.

·  Handle administrative duties like ordering supplies, managing records, and communicating with clients and vendors.

·  Create printer configuration packages, server administration (OS and vendor application support), battle rhythm tasks

Qualifications - External Basic Requirements:

·  Must have 2, or more, years of IT experience

·  Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

·  Must be proficient with printing equipment, print servers, and related software

·  Must be able to identify and resolve issues effectively

·  Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
